ISCC CERTIFICATION

The International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC), is a globally applicable certification system, for sustainability, traceability and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission savings covering all sustainable feedstocks. ISCC strives for a world where biomass and other raw materials are produced in an environmentally, socially and economically sustainable manner.

ISCC documents the production of biofuels along the complete supply chain – starting at the farm or plantation, towards the mineral oil companies, power plant-operators and other users.

Cathay Marine Fuel Oil Trading Pte Ltd recognizes the role that marine fuels play in the maritime industry’s efforts to decarbonise and combat climate change. With the ISCC certification, we can offer ISCC certified biofuel blends as bunkers to the shipping industry to help reduce their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
